Marian Jurgensen is the marketing specialist at the firm. With over 15 years in marketing and promotions, Marian has successfully developed and deployed resident retention marketing programs for numerous property management companies in the commercial real estate sector.  Her ability to cut through the clutter and find the slogan with the right message is uncanny.

For Real Market Research, Marian handles all of the billing and receivables. She is a master of QuickBooks, Email Marketing Pro, LePrint and the Microsoft Suite.

She is a top-notch website developer who can coordinate and set-up an internet presence, develop a website and control all email accounts with one arm tied behind her back.
