Bill Jurgensen is responsible for all Real Market Research projects. He is a seasoned research professional with over 25 years of Marketing Research industry experience. His wide range of experience includes a specialization in Customer Satisfaction Research.  

TelSAM (Telephone Service Attitude Measurement) programs for AT&T and the former Bell System. While providing data collection and analytic software solutions to the individual Bell Operating Companies, he also  implemented numerous B2B and Ad-hoc Consumer studies for his clients. During periods of reorganization of The Bell System, he also directed and managed the Customer Satisfaction (TelCel) programs for GTE.

Bill successfully led and actively participated in a variety of research process automation efforts related to data collection and reporting; including Online strategies. Serving clients, he designed new product development and innovation studies for a major telecommunications provider, a movie studio and an electric utility, among many others.

Bill has a BS (Sociology and Psychology) from Texas A&M - Commerce.

Managing some of the largest Tracking Research programs, his client roster includes top companies from the telecommunications and financial services industries.
